Your new role

This new Advocacy & Campaign Lead role sits within a small, high-impact team focused on research, policy and now, campaign delivery. Together, you'll turn evidence and frontline insight into strong policy positions and targeted campaigns that influence government decision‑makers and shift public and policy conversations.
You'll work closely with our internal Marketing & Communications team to build public awareness and momentum, while also engaging directly with ministers' offices, advisers, departments and sector partners to drive reform.

Your skills and experience
You're motivated by social justice and systems change and you know how to turn ideas into action.
You'll bring with you:
* Experience designing and delivering advocacy or public policy campaigns
* Strong government engagement capability and an understanding of how decisions are shaped
* The ability to influence senior stakeholders across government and the community sector
* Excellent writing skills, from executive and government briefs to public-facing content
* Experience working with research and evidence to inform advocacy
* A commitment to working alongside people with lived experience in ways that share power and respect voice
* Strong project management skills and the ability to progress complex work with minimal supervision
* A qualification in public policy, social work, public health, human services or a related field.
