The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Claims Specialists and Senior Claims Specialists to join our team. This role involves strategically managing a portfolio of workers' compensation claims across NSW. Collaborating with our clients and key stakeholders, you will provide support to injured workers to safely and durably return to work. Each day will offer a unique challenge, providing opportunities for growth and learning as you take on more responsibility and authority.
Your Story
You may have previous experience in return-to-work, case management, or allied health. Ideally, you have had experience managing workplace injuries and enjoy working within a high-performing team. You possess excellent communication skills and can easily build relationships with others, influencing and delivering results. You understand how to interpret and apply applicable legislation and prioritize timely, professional service delivery.
