* Develop strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
* Source new business leads and contribute to sales efforts.
* Communicate effectively with the kitchen and marketing teams.
* Maintain high standards of food quality control and work with the Head Chef to implement improvement plans.
* Standardize operations through effective use of systems and manuals.
* Oversee venue maintenance management and budgeting.
