About The Role
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Leading and managing the academic senior program to ensure student achievement
* Implementing change initiatives and developing staff capability
* Management of the Mitchelton SHS Registered Training Organisation
* Building community engagement and partnerships
* Managing senior schooling and Technology resources to achieve educational goals and maintain a positive learning culture
* Overseeing the QCE recovery program
* Collection and analysis of Senior Schooling data
* Leading and managing the Technology Department
