Key Responsibilities
* Search Calendar Management: Owns the search calendar, prioritizes appointments, and works directly with partners, clients, and candidates to define the search schedule
* BD Scheduling and Expense Reconciliation: Supports Partners with scheduling, expense reconciliation, and calendar management
* Candidate and Client Information: Maintains Thrive database of all search-related candidate and client information
* Travel Coordination: Coordinates travel for partners and candidates- both domestic and international
* Expense Reporting: Processes expense reporting for partners and candidates
