About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our White Collar Recruitment team in Perth. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to build relationships with clients and candidates, as well as a keen eye for detail.
The role involves working in a 360 recruitment capacity, which includes:
* Business Development - Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
* Candidate Pooling - Managing candidate information in our database
* Screen & interview candidates - Conducting thorough interviews to ensure the best candidates are sent forward to clients
* Advertising & Marketing - Creating effective job advertisements
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 6 months previous recruitment experience
* Ambition and a desire to succeed
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
