* Assist customers via phone and website with queries about pest and fire services.
* Compile and generate regular reports and invoicing.
* Provide technical support to clients in regional and remote areas.
* Maintain inventory of office supplies.
* Prepare sales quotes and service contracts.
* Process purchase orders.
* Schedule technician jobs to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Plan and schedule remote and regional service runs across WA and NT.
