Job Description
This role provides administrative support to a dynamic team, encompassing tasks such as facilities management, HR administration and digital resource coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up physical resources, managing office accommodation and coordinating various exercises and events.
* Support the Director in establishing a seamless working environment by ensuring efficient IT systems, peripherals and other necessary equipment are in place.
* Assist with the upkeep of accurate records on Salesforce through basic ticket resolution and devise strategies to enhance data quality.
* Plan meetings, prepare agendas and circulate papers, while recording meeting minutes and maintaining electronic filing systems.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong administrative abilities and proficiency in IT tools including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Duties
1. Provide an effective, confidential administrative service to support the Executive team's operations and organisational objectives.
2. Offer assistance to the Director on Company Secretary duties, including preparing presentations, reports and correspondence.
3. Contribute to the development of initiatives aimed at enhancing the delivery of services and promoting a culture of trust and teamwork within the organisation.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth implementation of Health & Safety requirements and related activities.
Key Responsibilities
* HR Administration: Assist the Director in providing an efficient HR service, develop and maintain electronic HR systems, coordinate engagement processes and source training courses.
* Coordinate the management of office utilities and other related administration.
* Work collaboratively to drive business growth and improvement, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing new ideas.
