What this opportunity involves: Join our dynamic team as a Senior Marketing & Operations Coordinator within our Victorian Capital Markets business! This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Head of Capital Markets and contribute to the growth and success of JLL's Capital Markets platforms.As a Senior Marketing & Operations Coordinator, you will collaborate with the Senior Marketing & Operations Manager to drive strategic marketing initiatives and manage end-to-end campaign activities. Your creativity, strong business acumen, and solution-focused approach will be essential to succeed in this role.An overview of the role: Assist in the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives, including CVs, capability statements, videos, newsletters, EDMs, and flyers.Coordinate and deliver campaign materials for sales campaigns, such as submissions, pitch documents, marketing schedules, agency agreements, campaign calendars, and collateral materials.Manage and liaise with internal and third-party marketing partners for the delivery of property marketing collaterals.Oversee the maintenance and use of the team's database and property listings.Prepare post-sale items, including signage, online listings, EDMs, flyer mailouts, and client gifts.Assist with deal tracking, fee forecasting, and reporting.Manage JLL transaction fee invoices and funds within the Trust account.Support the organisation and coordination of internal and external events.Sound like you??
