About This Opportunity:
This Virtual Experience Program is designed to give students a self-paced learning experience that should take around 4 to 6 hours to complete. Upon completion of the program, students will earn a digital badge and certificate that can be shared on LinkedIn and included on their resume.
The program consists of four modules: Customer Engagement, Market Intelligence, Communication and Creating Buy-in, and Thinking Outside of the Box. Each module builds on the previous one to provide a comprehensive learning experience.
In the Customer Engagement module, students will identify areas of customer need where assistance is required. In the Market Intelligence module, students will perform a competitive analysis and identify points of differentiation. The Communication and Creating Buy-in module requires students to log opportunities using the Salesforce platform and engage with key internal stakeholders. Finally, in the Thinking Outside of the Box module, students will consult with clients and develop strategic initiatives to improve customer service.
