The Role: Business Development Partner
Location: Fully Remote (Australia-wide)
Engagement: Commission-only (high, uncapped commissions)
Future Path: Opportunity to transition into retainer / salary + commission as the business scales
* Identify and engage potential clients (Retail, ERP, WMS-focused businesses)
* Present and position POS / ERP / WMS solutions to key decision-makers
* Build and manage your own sales pipeline
* Conduct discovery conversations and coordinate demos (full support provided)
* Close deals and earn recurring commissions
* Develop long-term client relationships and referral opportunities
You may have experience in one or more of the following:
* Business Development or B2B Sales
* Technology sales or solution selling
You are:
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
* Confident engaging with business owners and managers
* Results-driven and commercially minded
* Comfortable starting in a commission-only structure
