Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is essential. You will have demonstrated experience in providing professional advice to management at all levels across a broad spectrum of employee relations and human resources.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to influence and negotiate across all levels within the organization.
Certification in Training and Assessment, Accredited Return to Work Coordinator qualification, and Accreditation in DiSC or 5 Behaviors are desirable.
