Employment Opportunity
Mental Health Clinician Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists sought for Fulltime and Part time positions in a multidisciplinary team. The Mental Health Clinician will provide clinical practice, assessment, and intervention in a community-based setting, ensuring effective and safe consumer-focused care.



About the Role

This role is part of a recovery-oriented framework, where you will actively participate in preventive and early intervention programs, and various treatment modalities. You will work with a dynamic team to provide high-quality clinical services.

The primary responsibility of the mental health clinician is to deliver exceptional clinical practice and contribute to the growth and development of the team.



Key Responsibilities

1. Provide effective, safe, and consumer-focused care in a community-based setting.
2. Actively participate in preventive and early intervention programs, as well as various treatment modalities.
3. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals.
4. Demonstrate expertise in mental health service provision and stay updated on relevant legislation and frameworks.



Requirements and Qualifications

* Current registration as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Social Worker – membership or eligibility requirements with the Australian Association of Social Work.
* Post graduate qualifications in mental health or completion of a specialist undergraduate psychiatric program and/or related field.
* Sound knowledge of the Mental Health & Wellbeing Act 2022 and Psychiatric Service Frameworks Procedures and Guidelines.
* Commitment to contemporary mental health service provision and demonstrated experience working in a community mental health service setting.
