Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and safety‐conscious Site Administrator to join our team at Olympic Dam in South Australia. This role is pivotal in supporting the day‐to‐day administrative operations of a major project, with a strong emphasis on compliance, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
* Oversee workforce onboarding, mobilisation logistics, training record management, and system reporting.
* Ensure occupational health and safety compliance, including staff participation in induction and safety programmes.
* Coordinate travel, accommodation, and charter logistics for project staff.
* Record and report training schedules, competency records, and compliance data using LMS and related systems.
* Support Field Leadership readiness metrics and provide payroll, purchasing, and cost‐control support via SAP and VIMS.
* Prepare financial reporting and training cost forecasts.
* Maintain internal communications and stakeholder coordination.
* Participate in planning, shutdown, and mobilisation activities.
* Control and report documents using Aconex, Procore, and ProCon.
* Review procedures and documentation, audit training and competency assurance, and support general administrative duties such as expense and access management.
* Work 5×10‐hour shifts, residing locally in Roxby Downs.
Qualifications
* Experience with LMS systems and training record management.
* Experience coordinating onboarding, mobilisation, and site access compliance.
* Experience managing travel, accommodation, and charter logistics.
* Experience with payroll, purchasing, and cost‐control, preferably via SAP and VIMS.
* Proficiency in documenting and reporting using Aconex, Procore, and ProCon.
* Strong administrative abilities and a proactive problem‐solving approach.
* Capacity for safety awareness and commitment.
* Fluency in English.
