Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen within Ramsay Health Plus (RHP) and Ramsay Psychology for a Finance Manager, reporting to the General Manager, Ramsay Health Services. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of balance sheet management and financial reporting obligations across RHP and Ramsay Psychology. You will also provide high-quality technical accounting expertise and support a range of ad-hoc strategic and transformation initiatives. What You’ll Do In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring strong financial governance, reporting accuracy, and technical integrity across the portfolio, while supporting key strategic initiatives. Key accountabilities include: Oversee financial reporting and balance sheet management for RHP and Ramsay Psychology. Deliver accurate and timely statutory accounts and financial reporting requirements. Provide technical accounting advice across complex transactions and ad-hoc projects. Support financial assessment of transformation and strategic initiatives. Strengthen internal controls frameworks and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Analyse financial data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Partner with stakeholders across business units to support decision-making and performance outcomes. Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting systems. What You’ll Bring You are a commercially minded finance professional with strong technical accounting capability and the ability to operate in a complex, fast-paced environment. Qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, with CA/CPA (or working towards). Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise. Experience preparing statutory accounts and managing reporting requirements. Deep understanding of internal controls and governance frameworks. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information. Experience assessing business processes, identifying risks and control gaps. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to work collaboratively across remote and on-site teams.
