Responsibilities:
Are you passionate about supporting high-performing sales teams and driving operational excellence? In this pivotal role, you'll play a key part in streamlining systems, improving processes, and empowering agents to achieve their best.
- Oversee and support a team of approx. 20 sales agents, 2 contract administrators, and 1 VA
- Drive operational onboarding and basic systems/process training for new agents
- Implement new systems, tech platforms, and stay across legislative changes
- Improve sales processes, automate workflows, and ensure operational compliance
- Recruit, support, and develop sales support roles
- Oversee the PM referral process, lead tracking, and allocation of office-generated leads
- Organise team events, training sessions, and foster a strong team culture
- Track sales-to-BDM leads and prepare detailed reports for leadership
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management or sales administration within a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Tech-savvy with experience implementing and managing new systems and platforms
- Confident team leader who enjoys supporting and mentoring others
- Real estate certificate or licence preferred
