We are seeking a reliable and safety‑focused Side Lift Driver to support daily waste collection operations across the region. This hands‑on role involves operating left‑hand‑drive vehicles, performing routine vehicle checks, and ensuring high‑quality service on every run. Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Operate side‑lift and left‑hand‑drive vehicles in line with training, procedures, and company regulations
* Maintain high presentation standards for vehicles, inside and out
* Conduct daily maintenance and safety checks on vehicles and equipment
* Carry out loading and unloading of waste safely and efficiently
Skills & Experience
* Heavy Rigid (HR) licence – essential
* Experience operating side‑lift or left‑hand‑drive vehicles (desirable)
* Mechanically minded with strong attention to detail
* Knowledge of safety procedures in the waste industry or similar environments
* Reliable work ethic and consistent attendance
* Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
