Responsibilities
* Lead and grow a high-performing team of registered surveyors, surveyors, and drafters.
* Drive business strategy, foster client relationships, and ensure excellence in project delivery.
* Build and nurture strategic partnerships across NSW to expand market presence and create new opportunities.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Surveying (a plus but not mandatory)
* Proven leadership experience within a consultancy environment.
* Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills.
* A track record of winning and delivering large-scale, complex projects.
* Strategic thinking with the ability to inspire, mentor, and empower your team.
