Location: Herston Campus, UQ, Brisbane, Australia. Time type: Part time (20‑40%). Salary: $140,293 – $185,573 plus 17% superannuation (Academic Level C/D). Permanent position.

This teaching‑focused position will champion continuous improvement across the Medical School's three education programs, design and implement a rigorous quality enhancement strategic plan, and lead key activities that maintain the accreditation and excellence of our programs.
Key responsibilities
* Champion continuous improvement across the Medical School's three education programs.
* Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement a rigorous quality enhancement strategic plan using evidence and evaluation to drive meaningful change.
* Work closely with the Director of Teaching and Learning and contribute actively to the Education Quality Enhancement Sub‑Committee.
* Lead key activities that maintain the accreditation and excellence of our programs.
Qualifications & requirements
* Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
* Strong background in educational quality, assessment, accreditation and continuous improvement.
* Experience in a teaching or academic leadership role, particularly in health or medical education.
