* Clinical Pharmacist – Rotational (Full Time)

* Hospital Pharmacy Technician – Rotational (Full Time)
These roles offer the opportunity to work in a secure healthcare environment, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care and supporting essential medication management services.
Clinical Pharmacist – Hospital
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering pharmacy services that make a real difference to patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct clinical reviews and medication reconciliation
* Dispense and supply medications in accordance with legal and professional standards
* Collaborate with medical staff to optimise patient care
* Support patients during discharge planning
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
What You'll Need:
* Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist
* Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Professional and respectful approach to working in secure environments
* COVID-19 vaccination in line with public health requirements
Hospital Pharmacy Technician – Rotational
As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll play a vital role in both dispensing medications and managing pharmacy stock across hospital wards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dispense medications in accordance with compnay protocols
* Inventory management for both pharmacy and hospital stock
* Communicate effectively with nurses and hospital staff
* Support the dispensary team and contribute to efficient medication supply

* Comfortable working in a hospital environment
* Polite, well-mannered, and professionally presented
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills
