Role Overview
This person will manage social media content, paid advertising campaigns, tenant content and community engagement across all three centres simultaneously. A strong ability to connect with people is essential, as the role requires regular on‐site visits to capture authentic content with tenants and attend centre events.
Content & Social Media
* Minimum 4 pieces of content per week per centre (12 total across the three centres).
* At least 2 on‐site visits per week to capture real content with tenants.
* Consistent publishing on Instagram and Facebook for each centre.
* Daily Stories during events and activations.
Paid Advertising
* Active management of Meta Ads campaigns across all three centres.
* Weekly performance report covering reach, engagement and cost per result.
* Fortnightly optimisation of audiences and budgets.
Community & Tenants
* Minimum 2 tenant-focused content pieces per month per centre.
* Response to comments and messages within 24 hours.
* Mandatory attendance at all centre events.
Reporting
* Monthly performance report per centre covering follower growth, reach and engagement rate.
* Monthly update of Google Business Profile for each centre.
Qualification & Experience
Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, ideally with a background in retail, shopping centres, or a brand/agency with an active local community presence. Experience creating content for physical businesses and understanding the dynamics of events and local audiences would be a strong advantage.
