Job Description
- Collecting and reviewing information related to third-party damages.
- Generating and issuing invoices for damages.
- Handling phone and email enquiries.
- Contacting external parties (e.g., insurance companies, police, courts) and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborating with internal teams to recover financial losses.
- Coordinating recovery activities and liaising with legal counsel as needed.
- Preparing reports and correspondence related to civil recovery and prosecutions.
The Successful Applicant
- A solid understanding of claims processes and recovery procedures is essential.
- Comfortable handling customer interactions over the phone, including receiving inbound calls and addressing sometimes sensitive or upsetting issues.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in SAP.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in process mapping.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Solid financial understanding.
- Proven knowledge of recovery processes.
- Experience with Power BI is an advantage.
