About The Role
As a BMD Planner, you'll play a key role in both pre-contracts and operational project support.
You'll help shape construction methodologies, develop programs, and provide insights that drive successful tender submissions and project delivery.
What You'll Do
Provide practical programming advice to tender and project teams.
Review tender documents for scope, contract requirements, and timing impacts.
Develop optimised programs for tenders and projects using various software.
Prepare fully resourced and costed programs.
Support post-tender negotiations and project handovers.
Monitor progress, report on milestones, KPIs, and earned value.
Identify and manage risks and opportunities through programming.
Assist with contractual claims and mentor team members.
Stay updated on planning tools and industry developments.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years' on-site experience with strong construction knowledge
Solid understanding of contract management and program analysis
Advanced programming skills across multiple software platforms
Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Civil Engineering degree preferred but not essential
