We are looking for a passionate IT Student assistant, within IT Service Management & Support area that is willing to learn more about IT landscape and processes (Microsoft O365, Lenovo Computers, Mobile devices, Meeting/Teams room and A/V Equipment, printer services, IT Service Management Processes).
You will join a Global IT department with ambitious objectives to help our colleagues with IT issues and provide good customer experience.
Key responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
Acting the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the business and IT organization for most of all communications related to IT
Ticket log and categorization
Services to support and maintain printing such as toner replacement, printer consumable stock, move and printer set up
Support Incident Management Process, and ticket ownership
Support end users with IT activities regarding on onboarding and offboarding (prepare IT equipment for onboarding)
IT equipment Stock room Management (Including inventory), laptop repair/purchase/disposal and organization
Suggested candidate profile

You are however likely to succeed in this position if you are / have:
Service-minded, proactive, and self-driven
Good understanding of colleagues IT needs, well structure, and sense of urgency and prioritization
Good people skills, empathic and respectful
Knowledge sharing mindset, and a flavour for documenting knowledge
Passion for being a promoter of best practices and standard process within the team and company
Flavour to learn and support Microsoft O365, User Administration, Mobile devices, meeting/Teams room and A/V Equipment, and printer services
