As an Assessment Services Consultant, you will be a key player in our Apprentice Connect Provider division. This role offers a unique opportunity to thrive with Australia's largest single provider.
* This pivotal position involves working closely with employers and job seekers to ensure both parties are set up for success.
* You will conduct essential pre-commencement advice and provide early education information, ensuring that the right supports are in place for all parties involved.
Day-to-day, you will provide exceptional customer service and be responsible for:
* Facilitating delivery of the Australian Apprentice Get Ready Check
* Facilitating delivery of the Employer Get Ready Check
* Liaising with relevant internal and external support services
* Contributing to increasing the commencement, retention, and completion rate of Australian Apprentices
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service to employers and job seekers
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals
* Conduct pre-commencement advice and provide early education information
* Ensure seamless communication between employers and job seekers
Requirements
* Positive, adaptable, and driven self-starter with a passion for providing excellent customer service and support
* Experience in customer service, administration, recruitment, or employment services
* Excellent phone manner for inbound and outbound calls
* Ability to analyse, interpret, and follow guidelines and procedures
* Proven capacity to meet set targets and KPIs
