We're looking for a warm, friendly, experienced Support Worker to provide care and support at The Manor in Batemans Bay, NSW.

Qualifications
* A CertificateIII in Aged Care / Individual Support
* Experience as a Carer (Residential or Community)
* Ability to work with limited supervision
* Robust interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders
Responsibilities
* Assist with general cleaning duties and laundry tasks, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
* Help in serving meals to clients.
* Support the administration of Webster packs (medication management).
* Provide personal care and support to residents requiring supervision.
* Demonstrate empathy and kindness in all interactions.
* Work effectively within a small, friendly team setting.
* Show maturity and self‐direction by working with limited supervision.
* Follow established processes and guidelines.
* After 3months, participate in sleep‐over shifts to respond to emergency calls.
