Are you a seasoned Project Manager or Project Director looking to lead a luxury and standout high-rise development in Brisbane? This is a unique opportunity to manage the entire lifecycle of a prestigious new build, from pre-construction through to project delivery across multiple stages.
Key Responsibilities
* Leadership: Take ownership of the project’s vision, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and motivated to deliver outstanding results.
* Pre-Construction Involvement: Work closely with design teams, consultants, and clients during the pre-construction phase to ensure optimal planning and value engineering.
* Delivery Excellence: Manage construction timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks to achieve seamless execution.
* Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing project team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure a collaborative and successful project environment.
* Risk Management: Identify potential challenges and implement strategies to mitigate risks while maintaining project momentum.
About You:
* Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director in high-rise multi - residential construction.
* Strong expertise in managing projects of $100M+ value.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* A strategic thinker with the ability to manage both the big picture and the finer details.
* In-depth understanding of construction processes, contracts, and compliance requirements.
* A proactive problem-solver with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
