Our menu, crafted from the freshest seasonal ingredients, changes weekly and often varies daily based on ingredient availability.
Job role can be Permanent Part-Time or Casual.

We at Moke are looking for:
* A passionate hospitality professional, looking at taking the next step into a fine dining restaurant, or someone that has worked in fine dining restaurants previously.
* A positive attitude, but more importantly a willingness to learn.
* A strong knowledge of food and wine and basic bartender skills.
* Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, who can interact with our loyal local and abroad customers.
