Job Overview
Lawyer – 1–3 years post admission (Melbourne, full‐time, permanent).
Responsibilities
* Manage own files and practice development.
* Build and strengthen community relationships and networks.
* Maintain strong client relationships.
* Provide exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
* Exercise judgment to resolve problems expeditiously.
Qualifications & Skills
* 1–3 years legal experience post admission.
* Interest in personal injury law and exposure to plaintiff practice (highly desirable).
* Empathy and passion for helping people.
* Excellent written drafting, communication, and customer‐service skills.
* Calm, easy‐going, able to work autonomously or in a team.
* Handle sensitive issues and challenging clients.
* Effective network and relationship‐management skills.
* Availability: 38 hours per week, 8:30am–5pm, Monday‐Friday.
