* Lead or contribute to global transformation initiatives in content development, automation, digital tools, workflow optimization, and operational scalability.
* Represent APAC in global working groups, thought leadership committees, and best‑practice forums, ensuring the region's needs—especially those of the Intermediary channel—are clearly voiced and integrated.
Quality, Governance & Risk Management
* Uphold the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and brand integrity across all proposal deliverables.
* Ensure strict adherence to compliance, regulatory, and risk standards across relevant APAC jurisdictions, especially those governing Intermediary distribution.
* Drive continual improvements in content governance, data sourcing, and validation models in cooperation with SMEs, Global RFP Content Management, and central content owners.
