About the Position
This is a part-time role that will keep you busy and engaged. You'll be the go-to person for the team, managing diaries, organizing meetings, handling inboxes, keeping registers up to date and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities & Duties
* Manage inboxes efficiently and resolve maintenance requests promptly
* Juggle calendars, travel, and meetings – plus prepare agendas and take minutes
* Be the friendly first point of contact for tenants, suppliers, and contractors
* Pitch in with board reports, office events, and team celebrations
* Support reporting and general office administration
* Process invoices, purchase orders, and workflow notices
* Keep records and compliance documents up to date and accurate
* Lend a hand with lease administration, arrears collection, and rent bill processing
* Assist with construction project administration and annual budget tracking
Requirements
* Previous experience in office support or executive or team assistant roles (property experience a plus)
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Effective communicator with great attention to detail
* Organized, proactive, and always ahead
* A true team player who enjoys variety and getting involved
