The role
We're hiring a Tender Management Specialist to lead the full tendering lifecycle and drive business growth through winning proposals. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end tendering processes for Capex and Opex opportunities, from straightforward to highly complex bids
- Analyze requests for quotation and develop accurate cost estimates using proven methodologies and tools
- Define winning strategies by interpreting customer requirements and assessing commercial risks and opportunities
- Prepare compliant, compelling offer documentation that aligns with policies and maximizes tender success

- Tendering — developing level; managing bid processes and preparing competitive proposals
- Contract Management — developing level; structuring agreements that protect profitability and mitigate risk
- Pricing Strategy — intermediate level; developing cost models that balance competitiveness with margin optimization
