We have an urgent requirement for two Recruitment Consultants to be part of our People Excellence team, North Ryde, Head Office. You will be contributing to the People Excellence team initiatives and helping us become an even bigger and better inhouse recruitment engine. We provide development through internal and external learnings and career development, workplace mentoring, secondments, and promotions.
What is required:
- Prior experience gained in Talent Acquisition (internal or external)
- Experience in assessment centre based interviews/group Assessment Centres - desirable but not essential
- The ability to drive continuous improvement and leverage systems for efficiencies
- Strong relationship management and collaboration skills with the ability to influence outcomes and liaise with stakeholders across various levels.
- Managing high volumes of work with conflicting and critical deadlines
We offer salary packaging up to $15,900.00 pa, monthly RDOs (yes please) and an entertainment allowance of $2,650.00. Secondments, higher duties, training and further education are all on offer at New Horizons.
