Senior Property Manager - $100K Salary Package + Commissions

We are looking for a skilled Property Manager to join our office located in Fitzroy North.If successful, your communication skills and ability to adapt well to various environments will see you fit into the business with ease.

The Role

Managing a portfolio of 150 properties primarily located in the North and Western suburbs

Maintaining relationships with Residential Rental Providers

Arranging repairs and maintenance

Completing entries, exits and routine inspections

Full time administration support provided

We are a fully paperless office

Work from our brand new Fitzroy North office - Free parking

Working Hours

Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 5:30pm

Rotating Saturday open for inspections (1 in 4)

About You

3+ years minimum experience managing your own portfolio

You must be either a Licensed Estate Agent, hold a valid Cert IV in Property Services or Agent's Representative Certificate

Current driver's license & a squeaky clean record

Outstanding communication and customer service skills

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed

A willingness to have fun and “don’t sweat the small stuff”

A great sense of humour
