The role will be broadly based to encompass:
* Interior sketch design work
* Space planning analysis
* Internal and external materials and colour selections
* Production of presentation material
* Management and production of interior documentation and scheduling
* Liaison and coordination with consultants and clients
Essential Skills & Experience
* 4+ years' postgraduate experience across residential, mixed-use, hotel fitouts
* Keen eye for design, detail and practicality
* ArchiCAD or Revit proficiency
* Quality hand sketching
* Ability to switch tasks and work across multiple projects consecutively
* Confident communicator, active listener
* Solid knowledge of interior technical joinery detailing and methods
* Sound organisation, time management and coordination skills
This is a true all-round position, and you'll have the opportunity to take a project through all stages. In accordance with your capabilities and initiative, you’ll be involved in developing concepts, designing custom joinery, developing detailed documentation packages, selecting and scheduling FF&E, coordinating with consultants and going on-site.
This award-winning, multidisciplinary team is based globally but they’re proud of the friendly, supportive, creative team environment they’ve fostered. Despite the larger size, you'll still have the chance to work closely with Directors and Associates.
This is a permanent position with salary expectations in the range of $80,000 - $90,000 plus Superannuation.
