St Bernard's OSHC provides Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care for up to 75 children, and we're looking for friendly, supportive casual educators to join our close-knit team.
You'll help children learn, play, and grow in a safe, happy, and nurturing environment—while enjoying flexible hours that fit your lifestyle.
What We're Looking For
A positive, team-oriented attitude
A passion for school-aged children in a play-based environment
Willingness to work collaboratively with children, families, and educators
Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards) – desirable but not essential
Current First aid and CPR certificate
A Day in the Life of an OSHC Educator
Provide nurturing, high-quality care for children
Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment
Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
Collaborate within an established team to ensure the best outcomes
Participate in exciting excursions during Vacation Care
