The Indian Curry Cook is responsible for the preparation and cooking of various curry and tandoori dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Plan menus and organize food preparation according to customer needs.
* Set up workstations with ingredients and equipment.
* Prioritize orders and manage menu rotation.
* Prepare specialized kitchen equipment and ingredients.
* Maintain a sanitized kitchen environment.
* Store food and other items properly.

Requirements
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

* Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine.
* Availability to work weekends and split shifts.
