We are expanding globally, supporting schools in multiple markets.
The Role
We seek a seasoned Marketing Growth Manager to establish and lead our marketing function from inception.
This role requires designing and executing campaigns, building scalable systems, and turning innovative ideas into measurable growth.
* Drive outbound growth: develop and execute strategies for generating leads externally
* Own paid acquisition: build and manage high-performing campaigns across various channels
* Lifecycle and nurture flows: design and execute sophisticated email campaigns
* Test and learn: conduct continuous A/B and multivariate tests on campaign elements
* Data and analytics: track campaign performance throughout the funnel
* Website and conversion optimisation: take ownership of website user experience, including messaging hierarchy and performance tracking
* Brand and messaging: develop and refine our brand voice, positioning, and messaging framework
* Sales collaboration: partner closely with sales on lead scoring, segmentation strategies, and go-to-market priorities
We're Looking For Someone Who:
* Has 5+ years' experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in mid-sized environments
* Has led a team (and isn't afraid to still get their hands dirty)
* You've done the jobs we need done (see above)
* Has a natural builder mentality, you spot gaps, create systems, and move fast
* Has a decision-maker mindset - strategic and execution-oriented
