Receptionist – Skin Lab by WPRS

Skin Lab by WPRS is a leading skin health and cosmetic medical clinic dedicated to providing the highest standards in patient care, skin rejuvenation, and aesthetic medicine. We are seeking an experienced and personable Receptionist to join our team for a 12-month maternity leave contract commencing February 2026.
This role supports the Skin Health Clinic and the Cosmetic Injectables and GP Medical Skin Clinic of Dr Emma Renouf, Cosmetic Physician.
About the Role
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our patients and play an integral role in ensuring a smooth and professional clinic experience. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing warm and professional front-of-house service to patients
* Managing appointment bookings and coordinating clinic schedules
* Processing payments, invoices, and patient correspondence
* Supporting clinical staff and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks
* Maintaining presentation standards of the reception and patient areas
About You
We are looking for someone who is friendly, organised and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient service. The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in medical, cosmetic or beauty clinic reception (preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency with practice management software and general office systems
* A professional and polished presentation
* The ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy clinical environment alongside Skin Health Therapists, Nurses and Cosmetic Physician
* The ability to support patients with enquiries regarding our treatments and cosmeceutical skincare
