Reserve Management Couple - Remote Australia Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced Reserve Management Couple to join our team. The company manages six outback and remote properties across three Australian states. This role involves working across various properties in a managerial capacity, supporting existing managers, covering leave, and undertaking relief assignments. The successful candidates will be based at one of our South Australian properties when not on relief. Flexibility and willingness to work across any site and under existing management are essential. This is a hands-on role involving all areas of the properties and multiple locations. This opportunity offers accommodation and a chance to escape city living costs, with potential for career progression. Package: $78,500 per person + superannuation (total $157,000) Free onsite accommodation Responsibilities: Assist with daily management of remote properties, including accommodation, retail, F&B outlets, fuel, and campgrounds Hands-on work in kitchens, retail, F&B, housekeeping, and maintenance Front counter operations Opening and closing venues General administration Purchasing and stock control Guest reservations, arrivals, and departures Cash handling, banking, and invoicing Fuel level monitoring Ensuring safety for staff and guests Providing excellent customer service Reporting to onsite managers and offsite owners Supervising a small team of seasonal staff Other duties as required Candidate Requirements: Willingness to live and work remotely Flexibility to work across multiple sites Hands-on ability across all property areas Flexibility with shifts and days off Experience in similar roles Excellent communication skills National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain) Relevant liquor licensing and food safety certifications Commitment to at least 12 months Additional Information: Ability to handle remote living and working conditions Limited Telstra coverage on sites Access via sealed roads How to Apply: Interested candidates should send their resume to.
