About the Role
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and likes being at the centre of a busy, supportive team. You’ll work closely with Libbi (our long-time accounts manager) during her transition to retirement and gradually take on a key role in day-to-day admin, accounts, and customer support.
You’ll manage supplier and customer statements, assist with invoicing and reconciliations, and help ensure everything in the background runs seamlessly. You’ll also lend a hand where needed — whether that’s answering phones, helping the sales team with quotes and orders, or assisting with general office organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage supplier and customer statements, payments, and reconciliations
- Support the accounts and admin function (invoicing, purchase orders, filing, and communication)
- Assist with sales administration, data entry, and quoting support
- Answer phones, greet customers, and provide exceptional service
- Keep the office organised and support marketing and management with admin tasks
- Help improve internal systems and processes as the business grows
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Experience in administration or accounts (MYOB, Xero or similar preferred)
- Confident using computers and comfortable learning new systems
- A can-do attitude — happy to help across departments when needed
- Someone who enjoys being part of a small, friendly team where everyone pitches in
Previous experience in any of our product ranges (water, power, irrigation, or plumbing) is a bonus but not essential — the right attitude is what counts.
