We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our supportive and diverse team, representing a well-known Australian furniture retailer. You'll be the go-to expert, assisting customers with everything from placing orders to tracking deliveries across multiple platforms.
Key details
* Full-time (38 hours/week).
* Monday to Saturday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (rotating roster).
* Located at Brickworks Place, Rochedale, QLD (FREE Parking).
* In-depth paid training to set you up for success
* Australian based role.
Key Responsibilities
* Effectively manage customer inquiries about product shopping and delivery via phone, chat, email, social media, and SMS.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions by updating accounts.
* Initiate necessary communication with stores following customer interactions.
* Process customer orders in accordance with client specifications.
* Identify and escalate critical issues to management for timely resolution.
