* Teaching Health and Physical Education Y7-12 with additional methods (such as Science or Maths) highly desirable
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that foster student growth and wellbeing
* Use a range of teaching strategies and assessment tools to support diverse learning needs and maximise student outcomes
* Contribute to curriculum planning and innovation within the HPE and wider team
* Maintain accurate records of student progress
* Actively promote student participation in sport, health, and wellbeing programs
* Uphold MGGS's commitment to child safety in all aspects of teaching and school life
About You
* Hold current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
* Expertise in HPE curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment practices
* Additional methods or VCE experience will be highly regarded
* Skilled at building meaningful, respectful relationships with students and colleagues
* Passionate about student wellbeing and inspiring healthy, active lifestyles
* Proficient in using digital tools (including LMS and multimedia programs) to enhance teaching and learning
