What You’ll Be Doing
Client Advisory & Accounting
* Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of SME and high net worth clients
* Deliver advisory across areas such as:
o Tax planning.
o Business structuring & restructuring.
o CGT, Div 7A, small business concessions, and trust strategies.
* Review financial statements, tax returns and BAS.
* Become a trusted advisor to business owners and decision makers.
Leadership & Development
* Mentor and support junior/intermediate team members.
* Manage workflow, deadlines, and WIP.
* Collaborate closely with Partners on complex engagements.
* Contribute to a positive, high performance team culture.
About You
You will thrive in this role if you’re someone who enjoys both client interaction and deeper technical work.
We are looking for:
* 3–5+ years’ public practice experience.
* CA/CPA qualified or near completion.
* Strong tax and accounting technical capability.
* Familiar with accounting tech stack (such as Xero, FYI Docs, ATO mate, Now Infinity etc)
* Confidence dealing directly with clients.
* Experience mentoring junior team members.
* A proactive mindset and appetite for progression.
* Full Australian working rights.
