You'll be part of a busy team, keeping projects moving by managing details, managing the shared inbox for stakeholder enquiries and helping deliver on a range of project activities.
What you'll do
As a Project Support Officer you will:
- manage the team's shared inbox and phone line, responding to stakeholder and customer enquiries promptly and professionally
- provide high-quality administrative and project support, including drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings and preparing presentations
- assist with stakeholder-facing activities such as events, engagement campaigns, surveys and data collections
- contribute to team priorities by maintaining project trackers, supporting communication tasks and coordinating logistics.

We are seeking someone who:
- has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- can use Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint confidently
- can prioritise tasks, work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- builds good working relationships and communicates in a clear and professional way
- takes initiative and contributes to continuous improvement in team processes.
