Responsibilities
* Directly sell and deliver company products and services to customers, as well as identifying current business opportunities
* Achieve volume and revenue sales targets as per sales plan
* Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
* Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
* Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
* Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
* Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
* Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
* Continuously improve through feedback
Qualifications
* Unlimited Driver's license
* 3+ years of experience as a Sales and Services Representative and preferred with FMCG experience
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office
* Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
* Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
* Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
* Self-motivated and can build enduring relationships with existing customers
* Be able to work under pressure
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule: 8 hour shift
Experience: Marketing: 2 years (preferred); Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification: Full Driver Licence (preferred)
