Penola Catholic College requires a skilled Deputy Principal, Senior Campus to ensure strong, strategic leadership within a culture of innovation and high expectations. This role provides an opportunity for an experienced Deputy Principal to join the college from 2027 to 2031.
The Deputy Principal, Senior Campus is responsible for leading and supporting staff in the development of an innovative and engaging curriculum that meets the varied needs of the College's students. The role has a strong focus on developing a culture of learning and teaching to maximise students' learning outcomes and encourage personal excellence. The Deputy Principal works with the Deputy Principal, Junior and is assisted by an Administration Assistant.
About You
* Demonstrate and model contemporary teaching practice, understanding how students learn best.
* Demonstrate knowledge of Australian curriculum frameworks and the capacity to provide leadership characterized by continuous improvement, lateral thinking and innovation, holding team members to account when necessary.
* Be highly organised and registered with VIT.
* Show a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children.
