About the role:
Due to our continued growth, Campbell Construction Co now have multiple opportunities for self-motivated Administration Office Support role to join our New Homes and Renovations team.
This will require someone who is adaptable, supportive and organised.
Your day-to-day will be varied and may include:
* General administration – document preparation, emails, reports
* Update excel spreadsheet and keep a log of all enquires for new homes to be reviewed at the weekly new homes meeting.
* Generating meeting agendas & meeting minutes and action items f
* Booking appointments / meetings where required for the Construction team, Supervisors and Clients. Attend client meetings at times on-site with supervisor / estimator if required
* Actioning incoming requests from clients / customers providing accurate information by reviewing all data in Job Management System – Prime.
* Raise & issue work orders when supervisors are present on the job site,
* Coordinate Trade/Supplier Quote Requests and complete Tender spreadsheet to track contractor quote requests, follow up as necessary to improve team efficiency
About you:
A strong candidate for this role will have:
* Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced administration support role
* Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, as well as experience in other programs and systems.
* Highly skilled in managing competing priorities, effective time management and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication via phone and email correspondence – internal and external.
* A growth mindset with the ability to learn and adapt to new challenges.
* Ability to work well under pressure and think on your feet.
* A positive and proactive approach makes you a great team player
