The Role
We are seeking an empathetic Disability Support Worker to provide intermittent catheterisation support and personal care for an NDIS participant. This is an ongoing role with flexible scheduling to suit both the participant and the support worker.

About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting the participant with intermittent catheterisation in line with their care plan
* Providing personal care and supporting daily routines
* Ensuring participant safety, dignity, and comfort at all times
* Documenting care and reporting changes in participant needs
* Collaborating with families and the Beyond Health Services team to deliver consistent, person-centred support
About You
You are a patient, empathetic, and organised individual with:
* Experience supporting participants with complex care needs
* Competency and refresher training in intermittent catheterisation
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A friendly, respectful, and non-judgmental approach
* Completed a certificate III or above in Disability, Individual support, Aged Care or equivalent
NDIS Compliance
You will need the following (or be willing to obtain):
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current First Aid and CPR
* Police Check
* Working with Children Check
