Job Description
The Case Support Worker plays a vital role in the Regional Intake Service, providing administrative and client support to facilitate the delivery of intake and assessment services.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
* Providing assistance to staff to ensure service delivery aligns with departmental policies and objectives.
* Adhering to guidelines and implementing processes relating to records management, finance and administrative policies.
* Offering culturally appropriate support to children, families and stakeholders, including referrals, information provision, advocacy and consultation.
* Consulting and liaising with relevant stakeholders to support casework that achieves positive outcomes for children and families.
* Participating effectively as a team member and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
* Maintaining accessible and clear case records consistent with departmental requirements.
* Collating information and updating relevant databases to support business unit functions.
* Developing and maintaining knowledge relevant to the role and participating in learning and development processes.
